Propaganda Poster

This is a poster I made, concerning the Death Penalty. I don’t the the message came across at all, I guess I had a lot of mixed feelings about what to do and what kind of propaganda poster I should make. I definitely have to revisit this one, when I have time. What I was going for was that I don’t think Death Penalty really solves anything, or gives justice to anyone. Perhaps just one person, or their family, but then those who commit crimes also have families. A wife, a husband, a son or daughter, brother, cousin, uncle. So when one is killed, it’s not only their life you’re taking, but also their families life. No matter how unlawful or wrong one person is, we as humans don’t have the right to take life. That is my feeling on the Death Penalty. Yeah, some people just seem downright evil, like Hitler or someone like that, but they still believe in what they do, and they are just like us – humans. Hmm… I don’t know. It’s a crazy debate, one that I don’t want to debate any further…
